There's a first time for everything

And here I am. My first blog post. I just finished quilting a quilt and have it hanging on my wall, just looking at it. I studied the "Terry Twist" quilting style and went off that to quilt individually the 12 quilted blocks, 6 blank blocks and 10 setting triangles. I think it turned out well. Hopefully the piecer thinks so too. No, I haven't pieced a quilt in a while! I took a class a couple weeks ago from Michelle Watts of New Mexico. I really need to sit down and finish that quilt. Maybe next week...
